SEVEN IN JUNE at Outrageous Look Gallery

Outrageous Look is pleased to present a
varied multidisciplinary group show of some of the
most proming artist submissions from our first
season, as well as new work by Diane Dwyer whose
second solo show at Outrageous Look is slated for
Spring 2007. Works shown include tapestry, collage,
painting, site-specific sculpture, and assemblage.

PAT ARNAO will be showing a series of 2" x
2" miniature oil paintings of landscapes with fires or
explosions.

KATE CHILKO's sculptural and illustrative
works use images and writings to deal with themes
of the context of the self, family and society.

DIANE DWYER had her first solo show at
Outrageous Look in November 2005. Her deep and
delicate oil paintings capture images of the "intersec-
tion of divine and the banal".

RYAN KITSON's site-specific piece for the
OL windows will be a re-working of a "J-Lo" man-
nequin type store display.

STEVE MacDONALD's tapestries and con-
structions use sewing and carpentry to create beau-
tiful iconic landscapes of golden dreamscapes.

JASON WRIGHT has been working for years
reconstructing his own paintings as a form of assem-
blage and recycling -- the pieces for this show are
seen at once two and three-dimensional works on
the wall.

ANDREW ZAROU works with collage,
painting and drawing to chart an intuitive and lyrical
flow of form and reference in his delicate works on
paper.
